Its broadcasts are ad personam monographs, with fixed speakers and specific subjects such as human rights, ethics, constitutional justice and international law, aimed at Thinking-Based Learning through critical and creative thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, will give an institutional address, and Marco Antonio Sagastume Gemmell, professor at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, will be the speaker.
