It is organised by Universidad del Sin\u00fa El\u00edas Bechara Zain\u00fam and Colegio de Abogados de Cartagena de Indias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference will address the protection of human and fundamental rights during a public health emergency.
