Preparando el Bicentenario\u201d, which will take place on 25 February 2020, from 8:00 to 17:00, at the Auditorio Pablo Casafont Romero of the Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica, in Zapote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The in-person event is framed around preparing a disruptive Bicentennial from a technological and legal perspective.
