APANDETEC and the Uni\u00f3n Nacional de Abogadas are collaborating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institutional remarks will be given by Antonio Tejeda Encinas, president of CEA Digital Law, and Juan Carlos Ar\u00e1uz, president of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados (CNA) de Panam\u00e1. The speakers will be Carlos Ay\u00f3n, executive of the CEA Digital Law Costa Rica Node, and Alejandro Arturo Solano, managing director of the CEA Digital Law El Salvador Node.
