WE ARE TAKING PART in the 8th Congress of the Academia de Filosof\u00eda del Derecho para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (Academy of Philosophy of Law for Latin America and the Caribbean), scheduled for 17\u201319 June 2026 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, which continues a solid academic tradition that has remained active for more than a decade.<\/p>\n
Organised by the Academia de Filosof\u00eda del Derecho para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (linked to the Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Abogados and other key bodies), this forum has been, since its inception, a leading forum for critical debate on the philosophy of law in the region; past editions have brought together researchers, lecturers, international speakers and study groups from prominent universities in the region.<\/p>\n
At this 8th edition, the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law<\/a> and Meta Channel Corporation<\/a> take part as strategic partners. They bring a contemporary perspective to the congress: digital law, technological transformation and AI ethics, and how these intersect with human rights and migration in digital environments.
