Clarification regarding the authorship of the concept “Digital Neohumanism” and the initiative “Human-Technological Convergence”<\/h2>\r\nThe Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, a leading institution in legal and technological research, categorically condemns the misappropriation of concepts and ideas developed exclusively within its institutional framework. The purpose of this statement is to clarify the facts, reinforce respect for intellectual property and protect the pioneering project “Digital Neohumanism”.\r\n\r\nDigital Neohumanism and Human-Technological Convergence: Exclusive to the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDigital Neohumanism and Human-Technological Convergence are projects developed entirely by the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law under the presidency of Dr. Antonio Tejeda Encinas. These initiatives are pending editorial publication, are protected by strict confidentiality rules, and seek to offer an ethical, political and technological response to the challenges of the 21st century.\r\n\r\nThese concepts have been designed to foster convergence between technology, governance and human values, within a framework that prioritises global action while placing emphasis on human dignity. At no time have these projects been shared with or endorsed by institutions outside the Committee.\r\n\r\nThe Instituto Legal-Tech of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de C\u00f3rdoba and the statements of Dr. Villalba<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDr. Jorge Fabi\u00e1n Villalba, in his capacity as Director of the Instituto Legal-Tech of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de C\u00f3rdoba (UCC), has recently disseminated publications in academic and digital media attributing to the Instituto Legal-Tech the authorship and development of the concepts “Human-Technological Convergence” and “Digital Neohumanism”. Besides being false, these claims constitute a serious ethical breach, as they improperly link the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law to those statements.\r\n\r\nAccording to the information contained in the Institute\u2019s own records:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nInstituto Legal-Tech UCC<\/strong>\r\nCreated by Resoluci\u00f3n Decanal N\u00b0 30\/B (Dean\u2019s Resolution) of 30 August 2024, in the Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de C\u00f3rdoba, the Instituto de Legal-Tech (IL-TECH UCC) is the successor to the Sala Blockchain e Inteligencia Artificial, created by Resoluci\u00f3n Decanal 22\/B of August 3, 2020.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWithin this institutional framework, the Institute has carried out activities related to technological innovation, but at no time has it had any official collaboration with CEA Digital Law or authorisation to use or refer to the concepts developed exclusively by the Committee.\r\n\r\nManipulation of concepts and false institutional agreements<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn these publications, Dr. Fabi\u00e1n Villalba falsely suggests a collaboration agreement between the Instituto Legal-Tech of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de C\u00f3rdoba and CEA Digital Law to jointly develop these initiatives. Furthermore, in his articles he misquotes Dr. Antonio Tejeda Encinas, distorting his statements in order to legitimise himself.\r\n\r\nThese actions are not only an infringement of intellectual property rights, but also an attempt to manipulate the trust of the academic community by claiming credit for ideas that were neither conceived nor developed at the Instituto Legal-Tech.\r\n\r\nConsequences and actions taken<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDr. Fabi\u00e1n Villalba has been expelled from all forums, groups and spaces linked to the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law. In addition, the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law is taking appropriate legal action to demand the immediate correction of these publications and to protect the integrity of the project.\r\n\r\nThe Committee reaffirms its commitment to academic rigour and responsible innovation, and recalls that any official communication concerning Digital Neohumanism and the Human-Technological Convergence project will be disseminated exclusively through the official channels of the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law, under the direct authorisation of its President, Dr Antonio Tejeda Encinas.\r\n\r\nA call for respect for intellectual property<\/strong>\r\n\r\nDigital Neohumanism and Human-Technological Convergence are the result of years of research and development by the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law - CEA Digital Law.
