He holds a Doctorate in Law and Social Sciences from the same Faculty and University; a Doctorate in Legal Sciences from the Facultad de Derecho of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina; a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain; and is Professor Emeritus of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. Former Judge of the C\u00e1mara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Comercial and of the Suprema Corte de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Former Fiscal de Estado (State Attorney) of the Province of Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>Former President of the Federaci\u00f3n Interamericana de Abogados (Inter-American Bar Association) and of the Asociaci\u00f3n Argentina de Derecho Comparado. Founder and Vice-President of the International Academy of Commercial and Consumer Law (Pennsylvania). International Arbitrator. ICSID Arbitrator<\/p>\n<p>With regard to his teaching activity, Doctor Raul Anibal Etcheverry is <strong>Director of the Master\u2019s Program in Commercial and Business Law at the Facultad de Derecho of the UBA and Professor in the Intensive Doctoral Program (UBA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Among his extensive body of work,<\/p>\n<p>Director of the Revista de Derecho Comercial y de las Obligaciones, Abeledo Perrot. Author of: Derecho Comercial y Econ\u00f3mico (6 volumes), La Sindicatura Concursal; Director of the C\u00f3digo de Comercio Comentado (Rep\u00fablica Argentina, Hammurabi) in 12 volumes, 2 of which have been published; Sociedades en comandita por acciones. Principales problemas; Panorama actual de las sociedades de personas; La Sindicatura en el Concurso (co-authored); Manual de Derecho Comercial (several editions, Ed. Astrea); Sociedades irregulares y de hecho (awarded by the Federaci\u00f3n Interamericana de Abogados in 1982 and winner of the \u201cFacultad\u201d award, Ed. Astrea); Mercosur. Negocios y Empresas (Ed.
