Teodoro Salas, shown on the left in the photo, and, on the right, the Director of the Aeronautical Engineering program, Prof. Eng. F\u00e9lix Kanazawa, MSc.<\/p>\n<p>Teodoro Salas is also part of the project to establish an ICT innovation center to foster the knowledge economy in the Republic of Paraguay.
