Among those who spoke afterwards were Carolina L\u00f3pez Forastier, the association\u2019s Director General, from Argentina; Claudia Moray, from Argentina; Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Ram\u00edrez, President and founder of the magazine Am\u00e9rica sin Fronteras, from Tijuana (Mexico); Guillermo Flores; and the Peruvian lawyer Juan Carlos Ramos Peralta.
