He warned of the risk of a new digital colonialism over the identity, culture and ancestral knowledge of Afro-Colombian communities, and proposed three tools: ethnic habeas data, digital prior consultation and a \u00abdigital airbag\u00bb to stop discriminatory content generated by artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pablo Tejeda Zafra<\/strong>, Manager of the Spanish Chapter of the Inter-American Association of Students of Technology, Law and Related Fields (AIETD), presented \u00abTechnology with identity: audiovisual training with its own narrative\u00bb, on culturally rooted audiovisual production as a tool of narrative sovereignty for Afro-Colombian communities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A dialogue for a university project with an ethnic and intercultural approach.
